The Business Model

Independence from the auspices of the national franchise brokerages, while enjoying complete freedom to achieve your own personal and professional goals and supported by First Professional Realty Group, LLC professionals.

There are two ways to join First Professional Realty Group, LLC:

  • As an Independent Affiliate Broker

  • As a Broker Associate employed by one of the Independent Affiliate Brokers. All Broker Associates receive comprehensive FREE training and support.

As Independent Affiliate Brokers, you control your own expenses: no franchise fees, transaction fees, management fees, desk fees, mentor fees or mandatory advertising programs. This means lower monthly operating expenses, and higher gross personal incomes. We help you build a profitable career and business.

So, if you're weary of paying the multitude of increasingly higher, monthly franchise fees—while receiving less actual support—then please consider the more rewarding, less costly, and more profitable business model we've created for our group.

Formed as a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), the First Professional Realty Group, LLC is a team of seasoned professionals, dedicated to becoming leaders in the Longmont-Boulder-Front Range markets. First Professional Realty Group, LLC is the parent entity and umbrella organization providing the form, structure, and professional environment—together with the name/image/branding essential to effectively compete head-to-head with the larger national franchises.

All Independent Affiliate Brokers and Broker Associates are given consideration and approved by a vote of the existing group members. Independent Brokers participate in building First Professional Realty Group together with their own independent firm based upon the principles of ethics, integrity, honesty, transparency and hard work.

Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of two years active, verifiable experience as an Associate Broker; this prerequisite is necessary and a requirement to take the Colorado Independent Broker's exam.

  • Your willingness to become an Independent Broker, take the exam, and secure and register a business name with the Colorado Department of Revenue. (This process is easier and less costly than you might imagine. Contact us for details.)

  • For those with less than the 2-year prerequisite; join as an Associate Broker under one of the existing Independent Brokers until satisfying the 2-year, active experience requirement.

  • Monthly in-office rent based upon your choice of office square footage and shared expenses—this is not a desk fee—think of it as a space rent based upon the size of your individual or team requirements.

  • No expensive, mandatory advertising programs. (All joint advertising is optional and at the discretion of each Independent Affiliate Broker).
